Key Speaker: Kaye Thorne Kaye has worked as a management consultant since 1984; she has worked on a large number of assignments with large PLCs, smaller SMEs and government departments both local and national. Her experience includes responsibility for managing a large government contract dealing with over 130 large PLCs within the UK. Major Achievements include the design of a National Assessor Train-the-Trainer programme which was introduced into over 70 large retailers within the UK and won a National Training Award in 1992 and the design and delivery of a Customer Care programme for over 300 staff within the Infrastructure division of the Cabinet Office, She has also authored and co-authored a range of organisational change and related books and other business publications.
