THERESA HOBSON-FROHOCK: Senior Consultant - HDA
Theresa has proven track record of facilitating, designing and delivering organisational transformation solutions that improve the contribution to the bottom line. She has designed and implemented significant, highly practical and engaging cultural and organisational change, and has embedded innovative strategic leadership and talent development into a range of world class organisations. With a career spanning 30 years, across 7 industry sectors; she has held Global, European & UK HR roles, of which 10 years have been at Director level. During this time she consistently enabled the evolution of HR teams to true business partnership, with her team at Sony gaining the accolade of ‘’Business Team of the Year’’. She was HRD of Sony UK until 2005, and has been an HDA consultant since 2006.
CLAYTON GLEN: Director – HDA
Clayton is Commercial Director at HDA, and has held senior HR and operational roles in the UK, the USA, continental Europe and in Southern Africa; in a range of industries, including chemicals/fmcg, automotive, e-commerce consulting and mobile technology. He has managed the people component of a broad range of transformation projects, including mergers, restructuring, divestitures, business process re-engineering initiatives, and brown and Greenfield business establishment. He has an MBA from the University of Wales, and has lectured in Human Resources Strategy on the same programme. Prior to joining HDA, he was Head of HR & Finance with a high-growth venture capital funded mobile technology start-up, with operations in the USA and UK.
