HDA, with over 25 years' human capital and career consultancy experience throughout the UK and internationally, has announced a recent book collabotation with Brett Minchington, an Australian Talent Management / Employer Branding expert and business author.
HDA has provided case study material for Brett's book which explains HDA's Team Engagement Framework and its direct linkages with talent engagement and the development of an employer brand. HDA has recently delivered team engagement consultancy within this framework to organisations like Universal Music, Paramount, TMF, MTV and Nickelodeon.
This book is considered to be the most comprehensive work of its kind, and is highly recommended for Company Directors, CEO's, MD's and Senior Managers in companies of all sizes responsible for shaping the future of their organisation. The book features the innovative Employer Brand Excellence FrameworkTM which is described as the ''best solution to the attraction, engagement and retention of employees in a shrinking talent pool.''
The publication contains international research findings in employer branding from leading firms and it presents a number of solutions to the complexities facing organisations today as they address the challenges of attracting, engaging and retaining talent in their organisations.
Commenting on this HDA collaboration, Clayton Glen, Director, HDA, says: "Although our contribution to this excellent book was a relatively small 3-4 pages or so, we have greatly valued the interaction with Brett, and I am certain that we will continue to collaborate in the future around ideas, publications and consultancy projects. 'Employer Branding', like many other talent-focused areas still unfortunately has 'buzzword status' for most, and real meaning for few. For those who do 'get' the value of employer or internal branding, they certainly realise that this is pretty fundamental and compelling stuff in a world where complexity is increasing exponentially and the talent pool is shrinking, or at least churning rather than steadily filling up. Books like Brett's will hopefully add to the body of accessible knowledge in this key business area.''
