In addition to her business leadership role, Tricia brings her training as a psychologist to HDA; often participating on past HDA projects in a senior consultancy role, where she was an experienced executive-level networker, executive career coach, trainer and facilitator. She has had particular success placing senior clients across all sectors and in most industries; both in the UK and internationally. Melissa Gallagher (Currently on maternity leave) |
Summary Melissa is responsible for the retention, strategic direction and expansion of services to clients. She is also responsible for managing the key operational and quality assurance systems across HDA which support and improve our consultancy solutions, and which deliver client satisfaction and key account knowledge for HDA. Melissa drives for results by ensuring that the delivery of projects exceeds clients’ expectations and adds value to their business. For some clients, she takes an active role in project delivery, whereas for others her involvement is more of a leadership role - where she manages the operation and delivery team . More info |

Joanne Simpson |
Summary Reflecting the growth of HDA's Career Transition Services and in recognition of Jo’s increasing contribution towards the Career Consultancy Product, her role has developed into that of ‘Managing Career Consultant’. Since joining HDA in September 2006, Jo has introduced and managed a number of new initiatives and products such as the launch of the HDA Online Consultant Service and various process improvements in order to effectively monitor the progress and quality of delivery. With a wealth of consulting experience spanning sectors and talent challenges, Tiffany is skilled at drawing upon the learnings from different assignments and building on these to provide creative solutions to clients’ challenges. Before joining HDA, Tiffany was employed as a Senior Consultant with Crelos (4.5 years), where she managed the design and delivery of major development and change projects for her clients.
