Operations Manager
Anna is HDA's Operations Manager and is responsible for providing a comprehensive operational infrastructure for the management of day to day operations which support the ongoing development of HDA's Career Transition and Talent Management business.
Anna also manages HDA’s Administration team, HDA’s Online Consultant Service and HDA's Research team. These teams play a key role in the service delivery of HDA’S Career Transition and Talent Management services.

Anna has previously held both Operations Management and Customer Service Management positions for companies such as BUPA, LV and G4S.
