Clayton Glen
Chief Executive
Clayton is Chief Executive at HDA, and a Director of CareerNet International (CNI), our international partnership. Clayton was previously Commercial Director at HDA.
He combines his previous experience as an HR Development Director, & HR Director, with HR consultancy and organisational change project management experience across a range of industries.
Brief Career History & Experience
Clayton has previously held senior HR and operational roles in the UK, the USA, continental Europe and in Southern Africa; in a range of industries, including chemicals/fmcg, automotive, e-commerce consulting and mobile technology. He has an MBA from the University of Wales, and has lectured in Human Resources Strategy on the same programme. Prior to joining HDA, he was Head of HR & Finance with a venture capital funded mobile technology start-up where he had accountability for building an international team in the UK and the USA. He joined HDA in mid 2003.
