Managing Career Consultant - HDA

October 2007 - Reflecting the growth of HDA's Career Transition Services and in recognition of Jo’s increasing contribution towards the Career Consultancy Product, her role has developed into that of ‘Managing Career Consultant’. Since joining HDA in September 2006, Jo has introduced and managed a number of new initiatives and products such as the launch of the HDA Online Consultant Service and various process improvements in order to effectively monitor the progress and quality of delivery. Jo has been instrumental in the continued success of HDA’s Outplacement Support Services by effectively working in partnership with our Corporate Clients and Associate Consultants.

 

Approach

Joanne is HDAs Managing Career Consultant, and has significant client relationship and project management experience. Jo develops detailed project briefs for all HDA career consultancy projects, tracks project and programme progress, using a range of HDA CRM tools, quality-manages all projects, and lead HDA's career consultancy product development initiatives. All of these elements have further enhanced the positive experience of both our corporate clients and the individual clients that HDA ultimately works with.

Brief Career History & Experience

Jo has previously worked in a range of senior client relationship and project management roles, including, most recently, with J P Morgan. She is also an HDA-trained career consultant.
