Luke Butcher has overall responsibility for driving the client relationship management strategy across our Talent Management and Career Transition practices. Luke is developing our ability to find new opportunities with existing and prospective customers by partnering with organisations to understand their pressing needs, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that HDA’s proposition is well placed to help them achieve their business objectives. Luke is a consummate business developer trusted by board directors and operational managers alike.
Brief Career History & Experience
Luke joined HDA in January 2010. For over 12 years, Luke has enjoyed a progressive sales career in the HR arena and marketplace, with organisations such as Ceridian, ADP, CML, Right Management Consulting, Crelos, and Infobasis. Luke believes “Talent Management and Organisational Transition have come a long way in the last 15 years, and there is now an incredible amount of supportive evidence to back up what we have all known for some time, which is that people are the most impactful asset to your business”.
