Melissa Gallagher
Project Manager
Melissa is responsible for managing HDA's Project Office; project managing both key client facing projects across all of HDA's solutions, and HDA's key internal projects. Melissa drives for results by ensuring that the delivery of projects exceeds clients / stakeholder expectations, and achieves ROI.
Brief Career History & Experience
Melissa was previously employed as a strategy consultant with McIvers, a Dublin-based management consultancy. In this role, she managed a number of key projects, while also developing significant business consultancy experience in the practical application of business analysis and strategy. Prior to entering the world of consultancy, Melissa held account management roles in the media industry, where she refined her client communication and project management experience. In addition to her business experience she holds qualifications in business management and psychology.
