Melissa Gallagher

Client Partner & Project Manager

 

Melissa is responsible for the retention, strategic direction and expansion of Talent Management services to clients.  She is also responsible for managing the key operational and quality assurance systems which support and improve our Talent Management consultancy solutions, and which deliver client satisfaction and key account knowledge for HDA.  Melissa drives for results by ensuring that the delivery of projects exceeds clients’ expectations and adds value to their business.  For some clients, she takes an active role in project delivery, whereas for others her involvement is more of a leadership role - where she manages the operation and delivery team.  

 

Brief Career History & Experience

Melissa was previously employed as a strategy consultant with McIvers, a Dublin-based management consultancy.  In this role, she managed a number of key projects, while also developing significant business consultancy experience in the practical application of business analysis and strategy.  Prior to entering the world of consultancy, Melissa held account management roles in the media industry, where she refined her client communication and project management experience.  In addition to her business experience she holds qualifications in business management and psychology.

• Prince2 practioner (January 2008)
• Master of Business Studies, Management & Organisation Studies (1st Class Honours)
• Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Psychology
