Approach

Tricia is CEO of HDA, and a Director of CNI, our international partnership. In addition to her business leadership role, Tricia brings her training as a psychologist to HDA; often participating on HDA projects in a senior consultancy role, where she is an experienced executive-level networker, executive career coach, trainer and facilitator. She has had particular success placing senior clients across all sectors and in most industries; both in the UK and internationally. She is also skilled in providing counselling support for those experiencing special difficulties and stress during organisational change.

Brief Career History & Experience

Tricia was an original founder of HDA in 1979, having previously worked for Rank Xerox, Bowater Scott, Coopers & Lybrand and the P&O Group in Europe and North America. At P&O she initially held market research roles, and subsequently took on responsibility as the Group Development Advisor for mergers and acquisitions.
