Executive Chairman

 

Tricia is Executive Chairman of HDA, and a Founder of both HDA and CareerNet International (CNI), our international partnership. Tricia was previously Chief Executive of HDA.

Tricia continues to actively build bridges with HDA’s key clients and strategic partners; both in the UK and internationally.

 

 

Brief Career History & Experience

Tricia was an original founder of HDA in 1979, having previously worked for Rank Xerox, Bowater Scott, Coopers & Lybrand and the P&O Group in Europe and North America. At P&O she initially held market research roles, and subsequently took on responsibility as the Group Development Advisor for mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her core business leadership role, Tricia has brought her training as a psychologist to HDA.
