Coping With Personal Change Workshop
½ Day Workshop
Change is constant and today occurs quicker and more frequently than ever before. With this in mind the importance of harnessing the power of change to create opportunities for growth and development can not be ignored. In order to successfully navigate through the cycle of change individuals must be flexible and proactive in their approach. It is not enough to react to the change once it arrives – preparation is key! Recognising all of the above, HDA has developed a workshop, on how to effectively manage organisational transition, with specific focus on supporting individuals across organisations to cope with change and to manage it to their advantage; while also ensuring business continuity and reputation.
Who Should Attend?
This session can be tailored to meet the requirements of the audience and is therefore suitable for all staff members who are keen to understand the importance and benefits of effectively managing personal change. This training session aims to equip each individual with knowledge of how to cope with personal change and minimize the negative reactions to it – with a view to encouraging staff to become effective agents of positive change.
The maximum number of participants is 16 and the minimum recommended number is 4.

The cost for a (4Hr) workshop and preparation is £1200 + VAT & expenses.
