HDA launches 2011 Coaching Culture Survey

Most companies are now fully convinced of the business case for coaching. It is a technique that has helped countless individuals increase their levels of performance and engagement. As a result, many organisations now also want to embed coaching within the culture, resulting in better communication, higher levels of respect and improved management of employees.

We are currently working with some of our clients on case studies exploring the highs and challenges of this and would love you to complete our very short survey to find out what your organisation is doing (whether nothing at all, or you have completed your project). We will then publish our case studies along with the survey results and share these with responders to promote best practice within coaching.
