HDA was pleased to join leading HR services and employee benefits organisations, including Veredus and Asperity in sponsoring Kent County Council's 'Motiv8' Personnel and Development Awards during June 2010 .
HDA has 30 years experience working across the UK with a range of public sector clients in central government, local government and across government agencies. 
HDA was pleased to present the Innovation Reward to the Kent County Council Reward Team, for their demonstration of the most innovatory HR practices. HDA's award includes access to team and telephonic coaching. The award was presented by HDA's CEO, Clayton Glen.
The event was attended by Michael Northey, Deputy Cabinet Member for Corporate Support Services and Performance Management.
