HDA welcomes Tiffany Bowles to head up its Talent Management team

HDA is pleased to announce the (maternity cover) appointment of Tiffany Bowles from June 2010; temporarily replacing Melissa Gallagher who will be away until Q1, 2011 on a maternity break.

Previous experience

Tiffany is a highly perceptive Chartered Occupational Psychologist whose main passion is developing people at work so they can achieve top results for both themselves and their organisation.  With a wealth of consulting experience spanning sectors and talent challenges, Tiffany is skilled at drawing upon the learnings from different assignments and building on these to provide creative solutions to clients’ challenges.

She is particularly interested in coaching, leadership development, and maximising employee satisfaction and productivity.

Before joining HDA, Tiffany was employed as a Senior Consultant with Crelos, where she managed the design and delivery of major development and change projects for her clients. Working with organisations across all sectors, she offered strategic insight and solutions to a range of client challenges.

Tiffany has worked with both private and public sector clients, including with The Post Office, O2, Arcadia, Gillette, British Aerospace, HSCB, Barclays Capital, UBS, 3i, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Axiom and lastminute.com.

• British Psychological Society Levels A and B accredited (intermediate) (MBTI, OPQ, MAPP, Hogan).
• Schroder Model of High Performance Leadership accredited
• NLP accredited (Practitioner level)
