Managing & Integrating Change Workshop
½ Day Workshop
The state of the economy and the resulting pressure on businesses across all sectors will inevitably increase the need for change, performance improvement, restructure and headcount reduction. As a result, Business Managers and HR professionals will have to face the prospect of ensuring changes take place smoothly to both sustain staff engagement levels while also maintaining business continuity. Recognising all of the above, HDA has developed a workshop, on how to manage and integrate change effectively.
Who Should Attend?
This 1/2 day workshop is for all HR Professionals and Senior Managers responsible for (or involved in) ensuring major change projects run smoothly with minimum disruption to the business.
The maximum number of participants is 16 and the minimum recommended number is 4.

- Exploring reactions and barriers to change
- The role the mind plays in determining behaviour
- Creating successful change
- Exploring positive communication styles to help manage change
- Understanding methods for handling resistance to change
Workshop Pricing:
The cost for a (4Hr) workshop and preparation is £1200 + VAT & expenses.
Key Speaker:
David Eccles - HDA Consultant
David is a highly skilled consultant and facilitator. He is qualified and certified in careers guidance, counselling, psychometric assessment, training, recruitment and business management. With extensive experience in managing and advising on large scale change projects he has provided one to one, group and distance support across all levels.
