- HDA places significant emphasis on settlement and success metrics; regularly and pre-emptively reporting progress to corporate clients in a wide range of formats, including well advanced online reporting tools
- Recognising that we are supporting organisations, but dealing with individuals, all of our behaviours are aimed at providing organisations we deal with, with the information they need to justify their outplacement spend and to inform future outplacement decisions, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality around individual situations.
