Individual Programmes
HDA tailors support programmes to meet organisational budgetary constraints, while also ensuring that the specific and varied needs of employees at all levels, and at dispersed locations - both UK and internationally, are met.
HDA has 3 well developed individual programme formats which suit the varying budgetary and employee support needs of our broad client base:
HDA Versatile Support Programme:
- Modular support with the employer purchasing a number of units per person
- Provides access to a comprehensive range of individual career transition support elements
- Often most appropriate for larger groups as it lends itself to detailed progress reporting and unit flexibility, given individual needs
HDA Flexible Access Programme:
- Time-based support over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, including on boarding support into new roles, within programme limits
- Provides access to a comprehensive range of individual career transition support elements
- Often most appropriate for senior technical specialists & managers from middle to senior levels
HDA Tailored Support Programme:
- HDA tailors programmes, to include the most enabling elements of our career transition offering, subject to client budget limitations and objectives
- Programmes are designed to accommodate individual jobsearch, self-employment, retirement and/or re-training needs in spite of limited budgets
