Psychometric Vocational Profiling

 

As part of our coaching programmes, where appropriate, clients have access to psychometric profiling tools. Psychometrics can assist those who:

• Fancy a change of direction but don’t know which way to go
• Would welcome a deep and focused discussion of strengths and work preferences
• Are interested in enhancing their teams ability to function more collaboratively and effectively through an understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses.

 

What sort of psychometric assessments are they?

We normally use a battery of two assessments which address those needs listed above. These are personality and behaviour assessments to look at your strengths, preferences and behaviours. We use a type assessment and a trait assessment together.

Type assessments focus on your similarity to other people of your type. These are useful because we can discuss the sorts of careers, roles and organisations that people who are similar to you are happy and succeed in.

Trait assessments address what is different or outstanding about you and will lead to a discussion about your specific strengths and skills and how you can use them to further your career.
