The HDA Approach to Managing Time & Wellness
HDA has provided a broad range of ‘staff wellness’ services to organisations in all sectors for 30 years. HDA sees effectively managing staff wellness as a core element of team engagement and talent management. Managing time is a key component of ensuring ‘staff wellness’ – possessing the tools to be more efficient and effective in work by becoming more effective at managing time is critical in reducing stress levels and promoting a greater work/life balance for staff.
Our approach in this area:
HDA takes a very strong outcomes-focused approach to delivering consultancy in this area and with this in mind we have developed a 1/2-day Time Management workshop/facilitation.
½ Day Time Management Workshop
This highly interactive workshop will focus on the practical application of time management principles and techniques. Specifically, you will learn how:
- you can use time management techniques to help you achieve your goals
- to identify practical steps to overcome the most common time wasters and interruptions
- to explore the barriers that may hinder your success in managing time effectively
- to focus on your personal and professional objectives
- to consider the impact of personality on effective time management
- to think of tasks in terms of priority
- time management increases personal effectiveness
The Course Content covers the four broad areas of: Perspectives on time; Management priorities; Taking Control of Time; and Activity Management.
