HDA Career Management Team
HDA’s Career Management Team (covering Career Transition/Outplacement Services, and Career Reviews) comprises of 25+ Senior Consultants and 2 ‘Online’ Career Coaches specifically offering email and telephone support. All of the team have significant commercial experience, and an extensive range of skills and knowledge to both guide and coach individuals through to achieving their career goals in both one-to-one and group formats.

Lynda Adams |
Lynda has specialised in career and transition support for over 9 years and worked with a broad spectrum of people across a variety of sectors. She has a strong background in People Development, with particular strengths in Personal Effectiveness and Self-Management Skills programmes such as Assertiveness, Managing Stress, and Handling Change. Using these strengths with a high level of sensitivity and understanding, she helps motivate clients to build the confidence, and self marketing skills to move on. |

Since joining HDA, Jackie has supported clients from a broad range of industries including Finance, Education, Engineering and the Pharmaceutical Industry. Jackie has the versatility to support clients at all levels, and as their lead career consultant recognises and promotes opportunities for the individuals being supported to benefit from the full range of HDA resources available to them. Jackie is also the HDA Quality Manager responsible for maintaining the ISO9001 accreditation. |

In 2002 Suzanne became a transition consultant and career coach to both corporate and private clients providing group training, one-on-one coaching and general support to individuals who are experiencing career change. Suzanne gets enormous satisfaction from helping people realise their potential and skills; especially when it all comes together and new and exciting opportunities are discovered! Her specialties include project and change management, self-assessment, career change and sales training. |

This includes successfully managing a contract in Bosnia and Herzegovina for USAID, and he has delivered numerous programmes with differing needs across the UK. Debbie trained as a coach in 1994 and since then has worked with around 800 individuals to support them through career and role change, self development, promotion and redundancy. She combines her coaching with working as a designer and facilitator of leadership and personal development programmes in a wide range of industries and across the public and private sectors. Debbie’s style is to be client-centred so that sessions can range across many themes and issues, but by the end of the conversation the client will also have a clear, practical action plan. |
