- Leadership development assignments
- Career consultancy and outplacement assignments
Commercial flair/experience and the ability to operate successfully at all levels on client sites is essential.

Talent Associates
We are always interested in hearing from talented facilitators, and coaches, but we are currently particularly interested in developing relationships with Associates who are specialists in Talent Development. Individuals who are at the top of their game; who have the creativity and imagination to work with hda’s exacting cadre of high profile global clients.
If you are excited by the prospect of high level consultancy, development of creative solutions, and the opportunity to work within a network of imaginative and dedicated professionals; please contact Clayton Glen, Director-HDA, at cxg@hda.co.uk , including full details of your practical experience and qualifications in this area - a 2-3 page CV at most is ideal.
